Affiliate disclosure

Last updated October 24, 2026

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Gift & Hearth is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. We may also use other affiliate programs, such as Viator and Commission Junction (CJ) advertisers.

What that means

  • When you click a link marked “Check price on Amazon” and buy something, we may earn a commission. You pay the same price.
  • Every guide has a disclosure at the top, near the first affiliate link, and the Amazon statement appears in the footer of every page.
  • Affiliate links carry rel="sponsored nofollow noopener".
  • Amazon and non-Amazon links are kept in separate sections, labelled by store.

What we promise

  • No prices. We never state Amazon prices, because they change often. Buttons open the current listing so you see the real price, shipping and delivery date.
  • Budget bands are not prices. “Up to $20” means what you plan to spend, not that an item costs that.
  • No fake urgency. The only dates we show are real ones, such as carrier send-by dates, with sources.
  • Commission rate doesn’t decide the pick. We include items we would suggest to a friend. We skip categories we can’t recommend honestly.
  • We don’t promote gift cards or alcohol.

Amazon links and images

We do not copy Amazon product images or text. Product information appears on Amazon after you click. Product names on this site identify types of products, and Amazon search results are shown when we link to a type rather than a single listing.
